2026 M360 Math & CHESS Night

• Where: 13 S San Antonio Rd, Los Altos, CA 94022

• When: 

5:30-6:30 pm   AMC8/10/12 Problem-solving Lecture (Top 3 winners get prizes!)

6:30-9 pm        Chess tournaments

• Tournament Formats: Swiss System

• Total Rounds: 5 double rounds (10 games in total) for Blitz, and 3 rounds of single games for Swiss

• First Round: 6:30 pm and consecutive rounds are on a rolling schedule. Estimated end-time: 8:30 pm

• Time Control: G/3+2 (3 minutes with a 2-second increment) for Blitz, and G/30, d5 (30 minutes with a 5-second delay) for Swiss

• Games will be US Chess regular rated. Tournament results will be submitted immediately after the last round is finished.

• Pairings are based on the higher of May 2026 OTB supplemental regular US Chess rating.

• Please bring your chess clock and chess set if possible.
